Cradle cap is a fairly common issue babies and toddlers have, but also adults can have it as well! Sebhorric dermatitis is the fancy name for it!
While this is marketed towards babies it can also be used by adults!
Simply massage on clean skin and hair, let it set for a few minutes (the longer the better), you can use a silicone massage brush to loosen any scaley bits and then wash out with a gentle fragrance free soap (I like unscented dr. Bronners)
