I've never been able to find a "Grade book" for homeschool that was fit for my needs. All grade books I've ever found were for schooling outside of the home with class sizes much larger than my two kids.
So I made my own. It's simple and straight forward. I put the kid's name at the top of the page (where the large-ish blank space is) so I know who it belongs to. Just write the date, what they did, and their grade. The description space is big enough to write what the topic was and any clarifying notes you need to make.
Example: ID shapes-- matching shapes, drawing shapes, doing shape puzzle.
Print this page front and back as many times as you need. I like to staple mine on the side like a book for easy use. You could also choose to bind the pages together if you have a binding machine!
When you purchase the download will start automatically. This grade book is free, but I do ask that you share this website with your homeschool buddies! I appreciate it a ton!
